Turbo Techniques focuses on more than simply speed training, it also focuses on enhancing speed, improving agility, developing explosiveness, increasing mental focus and more. Our training program is designed to complement each athlete's sport no matter what the sport; from baseball to soccer, from football to track.

Turbo Techniques dispels several myths associated with speed and speed training. The most widespread misconception is that speed is solely determined by genetics and cannot be developed. Although genetics does play a role in speed, it is not the lone determining factor. Speed can be developed with proper training and techniques.
